5/14/2017 ...And now, for something completely silly: It's old news, but in 2016 Aaron Stanford made appearances in two episodes of Comedy Bang! Bang! The first episode has him playing a contestant, named Tom Holtby, in a skit about a TV game show titled You Made Your Bed, Now Lie In It. In the second episode, released a few days before the 2016 presidential election, he's Johnny Appleseed with a cooking pot on his head. He fights alongside other American heroes to save America's greatness.

3/22/2017 Season 3 of 12 Monkeys will be broadcast on a semi-binge schedule over three nights in May, beginning with four episodes showing on Friday May 19, beginning at 8 p.m. est, followed by three episodes each on Saturday the 20th and Sunday the 21st. A 12 Monkeys addict asked TV critic Matt Roush what he thought of this release format. Roush's thoughtful reply can be found here. Skeemo, one of the crew on a scallop dragger out of New Bedford, Massachusetts, in the film titled Finestkind, written and directed by Oscar winner Brian Helgeland. Skeemo is hard working and competent at his job. Quick with the wisecracks (sometimes a little too quick) and a trickster, he'll scam you now and then, but no more than he thinks he can get away with. He's also a junkie. But not on the job at sea. The ocean is his comfort place. Land is not. There he needs to turn down the volume with narcotics. At his work, though it hasn't been a problem, so far. Finestkind began streaming on Paramount+ December 15, 2023.
Sneed in season 3, episode 2 of Paramount+'s Star Trek: Picard, aired February 23, 2023. Sneed is a Ferengi gangster who brokers deals for drugs and more. Beneath a jolly sybaritic exterior, he is a ruthless, clever, and cautious operator. He apparently brokered a deal between a buyer and seller for stolen experimental weapons which were being developed for the Federation's Starfleet. One of those weapons was used to destroy a Starfleet recruitment center. He is suspicious when he receives a visit from a woman with high-end drugs to sell in return for the name of the seller of the stolen weapons. After closely questioning the woman, Sneed decides to dispose of her. That does not go as he intended, and Sneed finds he is not quite as careful and clever as he thought. Turns out the woman is Raffi Musiker (Michelle Hurd), an ex Starfleet officer who is working undercover for Starfleet Intelligence to track down those involved in the weapons theft, and she has a colleague who is quick with a sword.
Peter in season 4, episode 1 of HBO's Westworld, aired June 26, 2022. Peter is a video game player who suddenly finds himself and his family depicted in the game he is playing. As his video self and his video family suffer a series of disastrous events, the same events are experienced by his real family in the real world. Peter identifies the game's writer, Christina (Evan Rachel Wood) and phones her, asking why she is doing this. Christina seems not to know anything about what is going on. He eventually confronts her face to face, and attacks her with a knife. Christina is slightly injured, but the eventual result for Peter is more traumatic.
Doctor F. Stein in season 3, episode 9 of Showtime's Black Monday, aired July 25, 2021. For trauma victims who've lost multiple body parts, the highly skilled and obsessively committed Dr. Stein does it all: body reconstruction, cosmetic surgery, physical rehab, motivational therapy. He does not just mechanically put the pieces back together, he also gives the emotional support needed to enable the patient to regain the fullest possible functionality.

George Gannon in HBO's Perry Mason prequel, which premiered June 21, 2020. George, AKA "Pinky Ring" is a one-time drifter, gambler and drunk turned born-again choir boy. His cherubic face persuades you to trust him with the collection plate, but something feral in the eyes suggests his dark past is not entirely behind him.
Jim Brauer in season 4B (August—September 2018) of AMC's Fear the Walking Dead. Jim is, by his own account, an unrewarded genius of the art of brewing beer. He knows all there is to know about beer, and is obsessed with the wonderfulness of the beverage and with his role in bringing its benefits to what is left of humanity.
Kyle Braddock in Furthest Witness, a crime thriller. Braddock is a reverse "coyote," smuggling people into Mexico as part of an extrajudicial witness protection operation for people in danger because of what they have seen. Post production late 2016. Released for online viewing September 2018.
